Description: "The Last Patch of Sunlight" is a pastel landscape of a country drive viewed through part of a hibiscus bush. The hibiscus flowers are pink. The sunlight falling on the grass is yellow and oranges. The trees, foliage and drive in the shade are greens, blues and purples. The title of the pastel and the signature of the artist is in the lower right corner.

Artist's Comment: This pastel landscape is facing North, with the Sun setting on the left. The light rays are streaming through the foliage for the last few minutes of direct sunlight. The patches of sunlight dancing on the driveway and the grass are viewed through the branches of a hibiscus bush in front of my country home.
